TALENT INVESTOR SELECTION PROCESS

JASIRI follows a competency-based approach to selecting and developing aspiring entrepreneurs for the Talent Investor. Candidates are selected through a multi-stage Selection Process, which includes an applications, interviews, psychometrics and an online Selection Conference. The process seeks to recruit and select high-potential aspiring entrepreneurs for the JASIRI Talent Investor and selected candidates will be supported to identify equally ambitious co-founders and to develop Market-Creating Innovations. Applicants are challenged to apply for this one year, fully funded, full-time program NOW! Note: Application deadline for the 2nd Cohort closes on March 31st 2022.

Our ideal candidate

  • You have a desire and commitment to build an innovative high growth venture (Market creating innovation).
  • You are a team player and are excited to meet equally ambitious co-founders.
  • You have a demonstrable history of entrepreneurial action, which means:
  • You are able to identify opportunities and gaps in a sector of interest which may be turned into a high-growth venture.
  • You have a history of achievement and evidence of lasting impact wherever you have focussed your attention.
  • ou have significant insights and expertise in a field or industry as evidenced by your experience, achievements and academic qualifications.
  • You are preferably between 25-35.
  • You are a citizen of Rwanda or Kenya.
