At Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, we believe business can and should be a force for good. Allan and Gill Gray built the Allan Gray and Orbis investment businesses on that conviction and created a structure that enables the success of those businesses to support the development of human potential through Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies for generations to come.

We are convinced that the biggest challenge facing our continent is youth unemployment, and that focused support of entrepreneurship is the greatest driver of job creation and meaningful employment. To this end, we pursue a long-term strategy of developing exceptional and responsible entrepreneurs in East Africa, starting with Jasiri.
