The Jasiri Talent Investor programme is a founder-first, fully funded, 13-month venture creation program that selects and backs exceptional entrepreneurial talent before ideas, before teams, and accelerates them toward building fundable, high-growth ventures.
TALENT INVESTOR OFFERING
Jasiri Jumpstart
A remote onboarding phase after selection. Fellows wrap up existing commitments while engaging in light online programming to build readiness for the full-time journey ahead.
Residential Intensive
An in-person phase in Kigali or Cape Town. Fellows receive a monthly stipend, housing, meals, transport, and basic health insurance. Three stages:
Building Foundations: Develop self-awareness, form co-founder teams, and identify market opportunities
Problem Validation: Move from opportunity areas to conceptualizing solutions for market testing
Solution Validation: Test and refine solutions toward market-creating innovation
Venture Creation (9 months)
Final stage for teams completing the Residential Intensive. Teams choose their country of operations and receive virtual coaching to build commercially viable ventures. Cohorts run twice a year, with regular coaching and monthly check-ins.

The selection journey is designed to assess not only candidates' entrepreneurial mindset but also their resilience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to building scalable businesses.
